What personal information do we collect from our visitors and users?
We use Google Analytics tools to collect data about KeyChest visitors and how they use the KeyChest service. Please visit https://policies.google.com/privacy to learn more about how Google protects the data collected via it's Google Analytics tools. Once you register, we will store your email address and the time zone. If you register with Twitter, GitHub, Facebook, or other account, we only collect and store the email address and an authorization token for single sign-on functionality. If you decide for one of the KeyChest paid plans, you will be asked to provide data needed for invoicing, which can be personal data, or organizational data, which includes name, address and telephone number(s). Any payment data is stored with our payment providers - e.g., Stripe. We will keep minimum data, which comprises identifiers linking your account to the payment provider database and non-sensitive data of your credit cards and/or bank accounts (e.g., last 4 digits of credit cards).
When do we collect information?
Google Analytics data is collected when you visit the KeyChest service. The email address is stored when you create an account. Other information as described above will be stored when you enter it.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
- To allow us provide better service in responding to your customer service requests.
- To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products
- To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries)
How do we protect your information?
KeyChest service is being developed using best industry practices to achieve good security of any personal and/or private data it stores. We also do penetration testing when we upgrade the system or when we believe such testing is appropriate to maintain the required level of security.

We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
